My family and I had a delightful stay at Lagard Stables in Whitley. the property was beautifully furnished and had all the comforts we needed, including a cozy seating area and a fully equipped kitchen. the location was perfect for us, being close to Bath but also offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by hiking trails. the thoughtful touches, such as snacks on arrival and a gift for the kids, made us feel truly welcomed. We enjoyed cooking on the barbecue in the garden and relaxing on the terrace while taking in the gorgeous views. the owner, Liz, was extremely helpful and ensured our stay was seamless, even during a power cut. Overall, Lagard Stables exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and charming getaway in the countryside.
